Senior Sous Chef
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Salary: £40,000 package
Responsibilities
* Lead by example alongside the Executive Chef to create menus and train junior chefs.
* Help plan and execute daily kitchen operations in a high‑quality, fresh‑food restaurant/pub environment.
* Collaborate with the management team on kitchen workflow and staffing.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a fresh‑food or pub kitchen.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in menu development and kitchen training.
