Basic: £30,000
OTE: £45,000+

Responsibilities
1. Lead generation and encouraging the branch to generate leads whenever possible
2. Follow up of all leads that come in to the branch
3. Prospecting cold and warm leads
4. Booking market appraisals
5. Attending market appraisals
6. Follow up market appraisals by phone, email, text
7. Complete agency agreements and arrange signing
8. Book launch appointments
9. Ongoing Vendor contact
10. Ensure properties are put onto market promptly
