Property Paralegal – Milton Keynes – Up to £35,000
We are working with a strong regional law firm in Milton Keynes that is looking to recruit an experienced Property Paralegal to join its established and highly regarded property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal to work alongside experienced solicitors on a broad range of both commercial and residential property matters within a supportive and professional environment.
Property Paralegal The Role
You will assist the property team on a varied caseload, including:
1. Sales and acquisitions of commercial and residential property
2. Landlord and tenant matters
3. Lease drafting and renewals
4. Freehold and leasehold transactions
5. Property finance transactions
6. Due diligence and title investigations
7. Preparing legal documents and correspondence
8. Managing files from instruction through to completion
9. Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
Property Paralegal -The Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
10. Previous experience as a paralegal within property law
11. Exposure to both commercial and residential property matters
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
13. Excellent communication and client care abilities
14. The ability to manage competing priorities effectively
15. A proactive and team-focused approach
