What will I be doing?
As the Entertainment Manager at Nidd Hall, you will be responsible for delivering performances and activities that we offer our guests.
You will schedule and manage the diverse entertainment provision across multiple venues on and off stage and assist the Entertainment Support Team in developing the entertainment offering.
What are we looking for?
* An inspirational leader to develop a team of professionals to deliver the best performances, working closely with external guest acts to ensure top-quality entertainment year-round.
* Passionate about entertainment and capable of delivering a contemporary line-up of activities and live events.
* Someone who can collaborate with the holiday sales team to support holiday sales and develop and sell excursions.
* Creates an environment encouraging team members to continuously learn and perform at their best.
* A leader responsible for developing and delivering both daytime and evening entertainment programmes in conjunction with the central entertainment support team.
What skills do I need?
* Experience booking external acts.
* Ability to build strong relationships with the wider entertainment central support team.
* Experience working across multi-venue operations.
* Leads and coaches the entertainment team to ensure responsibilities are covered.
* Able to monitor team engagement levels and work with HODs and the people team to identify opportunities to boost engagement and retention.
