About the Role
We are seeking a
Retrofit Technical Solutions Advisor
to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The Retrofit Technical Solutions Advisor will be responsible for delivering in-house retrofit coordination on live projects, ensuring compliance with PAS2035 standards and industry best practices in assessment, coordination, and design. You will play a key role in quality assurance, project oversight, and technical compliance while working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. This role also requires you to stay up to date on policy changes, funding opportunities, and technological advancements to help drive high-quality retrofit solutions. Key Responsibilities
Manage retrofit coordination on live projects, ensuring PAS2035 compliance and best practices are met.
Conduct retrofit assessments, evaluating property suitability, identifying energy efficiency improvements, and recommending solutions.
Provide quality assurance on retrofit assessments, coordination, and designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Verify project data, audit trails, and technical documentation to support compliance audits and funding applications.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and technical specialists to integrate retrofit measures into project plans.
Identify and resolve technical challenges in retrofit projects, engaging stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Participate in technical meetings, offering insights on retrofit strategies, risk mitigation, and process enhancements.
Contribute to the development of internal process documentation, training materials, and standardised workflows.
Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, funding schemes, and policy developments relevant to retrofit projects.
Perform pre- and post-retrofit evaluations to assess performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
Liaise with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Support strategies to optimise funding opportunities and integrate financial incentives into projects.
Provide technical input to procurement teams for the selection of sustainable and compliant materials and contractors.
Undertake other reasonable duties to support retrofit delivery and sustainability objectives.

Candidate Profile (Essential)
Full driving licence with the ability to travel to multiple sites.
Retrofit Assessor qualification with practical experience delivering live projects.
Retrofit Coordinator qualification (or working towards it).
Experience in retrofit coordination, assessment, or energy efficiency initiatives.
Strong knowledge of PAS2035 compliance, building regulations, and related standards.
Proficiency in technical data analysis, compliance reporting, and audit readiness.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organisational ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
