Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the wider team with reporting and compliance tasks, using Xero accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records using Xero
Process invoices, payments, and expenses
Reconcile bank statements
Prepare monthly financial reports
Assist with VAT returns
Support budget tracking and assist with audits
Process bought ledger spreadsheets monthly
Chase outstanding debt from clients/suppliers
Complete and submit the payroll spreadsheet to an outsourced payroll provider
Our Ideal Candidate
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Xero accounting software
Strong diligence and elevated level of accuracy
Good understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Full-time, permanent role
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
