What You’ll Be Doing: Cr eate and maintain H2G’s and Knowledge Management resources : You will lead in maintaining and enhancing our internal Knowledge Hub, creating engaging articles, step by step user guides and additional resources to provide frontline teams with the knowledge they need to provide the best customer experience Create internal communications : You will support with the creation of internal communications to help cascade key operational messages to our frontline teams Enhancing User Experience : Monitor and review departmental performance to identify opportunities to enhance processes and/or knowledge management We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have: Excellent W ritten C ommunication S kills : You have exceptional written skills including high accuracy regarding spelling, grammar and punctuation Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail with ability to proof-read and identify errors Ability to Work at Pace : You can manage multiple projects at one time, without compromising quality of work.
