Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability
2. Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely and efficient completion of project tasks
4. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for developers and stakeholders
5. Conduct gap analysis to identify misalignments between current processes and business goals
6. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights, presenting findings clearly to stakeholders
7. Assist in user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards
8. Provide post-implementation support and training for end-users
9. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
* Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to work independently and in team settings
* Attention to detail and multi-project management skills
