Role Overview
Are you a psychology graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in schools?
Whether you’re considering a career in education, mental health, or child development, we offer flexible opportunities to help you take the next step.
You’ll have the opportunity to work in:
* SEND provisions
* SEMH schools (Primary and Secondary)
* Mainstream schools across EYFS, Primary, and Secondary settings
Available Roles Include:
* Day-to-day placements – Build experience and showcase your skills before committing to longer-term roles
* Sickness cover – Provide essential classroom support during short- and long-term staff absences
* Long-term vacancies – Opportunities for extended placements and potential temp-to-perm positions
What You’ll Gain / Career Development

Requirements
* A degree in Psychology or a related field (2:2 or above)
* Flexibility and reliability
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and young people
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable
* Accreditation from the British Psychological Society (BPS)
