Play a pivotal part in Owl Financial’s growth by owning the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding journey for self-employed Protection Advisers. You’ll manage leads from allocation through to outcome, ensuring every candidate receives a high-quality, well-supported experience. Working closely with Owl Managers and central teams, you’ll guide candidates through onboarding and early training, helping to reduce time to competency, improve conversion, and strengthen Adviser retention. This is a remote role with occasional travel to Swindon. What you’ll be doing Coordinate central recruitment activity to attract high-quality self-employed Protection Adviser candidates. Manage leads end-to-end (allocation → manager handover → appointment/exit), ensuring timely follow-up and clear ownership. Ensure recruitment/onboarding activity complies with policy, data protection, and regulatory standards. Partner with Marketing to plan, schedule, and deliver recruitment campaigns. Manage candidate communications for campaigns, keeping messaging timely and consistent. Track, report, and maintain accurate campaign and funnel data in recruitment systems. Provide insight to Marketing on campaign performance and candidate engagement. Coordinate across candidates, Owl Managers/BDMs, Business School, and vetting/licensing teams to keep progress moving. Maintain a strong candidate experience: clear expectations, regular support, proactive re-engagement/escalation, and challenge delays that risk outcomes. What will you need to succeed? Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous or previous experience in working in a regulated and fast paced environment. Familiarity with telesales and how best to build a rapport over the telephone, handle objections and respond professionally. Knowledge of data management practices such as how to maintain and cleanse data, log interactions to ensure all information is accurately recorded Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, or candidate journeys (financial services or self-employed environments desirable.) Strong prioritisation and workload management skills, with the ability to balance competing demands, deadlines and stakeholder expectations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for candidates, managers and central teams. High attention to detail with strong record-keeping and follow-up discipline. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcomes-focused environment. Adaptability: Able to respond to changing priorities and recruitment demands. High levels of persistence and follow-through, with the ability to maintain candidate engagement through long or complex onboarding journeys.
