Technical Services Manager (Elec) NHS - Manchester - to £70k. Car / allowance, bonus

Based on a large PFI healthcare contract covering 5 sites, you'll be working for the FM company that manages the lifecycle fund, while working alongside another company delivering Hard FM.
You'll support with issues, unpick problems and provide xsngvjr solutions to build the 5 year lifecycle plan,
