What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
* Occasionally managing a full store operation overnight, responsible for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
* Ensuring standards are maintained to a high level by morning to prepare for customer service.
* Managing people, including performance, capability, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and pay accuracy.
Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of your base salary. Night shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00.
