Job Description: Executive Recruitment Team Co-ordinator
Location status: Flexible/Hybrid Working.
Contract: Six Month Fixed Term Contract – Full-Time.
Job Area: Bupa Place, Staines - Willow House.
This opportunity offers the chance to join the Executive Recruitment Team at Bupa and contribute to the delivery of a seamless, professional, and high-quality executive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Working in close partnership with the team, you will support the effective delivery of recruitment processes, ensuring consistency, discretion, and a positive experience throughout.
Responsibilities
* Work side by side with the Executive Recruitment Partners to support in the coordination of recruitment processes.
* Interview scheduling and preparation of interview and assessment materials.
* Create a welcoming, professional and positive experience for every candidate and hiring manager.
* Manage regular reporting and provide data analysis.
* Assist Executive Recruiters with market mapping and identifying potential talent.
* Maintain the team’s operational documentation.
* Create presentation material for stakeholder meetings.
* Prepare, draft and post job adverts.
* Point of contact for the HR Onboarding team, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
* Manage procurement and PO process.
* Work in partnership with the Executive Recruitment Delivery Manager, Assessment Manager, and the wider Talent Team.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in an administrative role within HR or recruitment.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create pivot tables and slides.
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines while staying on top of detail.
* Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
* Positive, customer‑focused mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑moving environment and keep multiple priorities aligned.
