We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to take the lead on delivering high-quality fit-out projects across the North West. This is a hands-on role where youll be responsible for managing multiple projects from pre-start to handover, ensuring each scheme is delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. Our work spans commercial, leisure, and high-spec interior fit-outs, so youll need to combine strong technical knowledge with excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of multiple fit out projects simultaneously. Lead project teams, site managers, and subcontractors to achieve quality, safety, and programme targets. Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and clear communication. Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Skills & Experience Required: Proven track record as a Contracts Manager (or similar senior role) in the fit out or refurbishment sector. Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines. Strong commercial awareness and contract administration knowledge. Confident communicator, able to manage stakeholders at all levels. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites across the North West.
