An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and skilled Business Support Administrator to join Retford Family Hub Network, within Bassetlaw District.
The Retford Family Hub Network (including, but not limited to the following sites): Retford Family Hub Network (Hallcroft Family Hub) Whitaker Close, Retford, Nottinghamshire DN22 7QH; and Retford Family Hub Network (Retford Family Hub) Spa Lane, Retford, Nottinghamshire DN22 6EA
This is a great time to join our team as locally we are transforming our Children’s Centre Service into Family Hub Networks. Our work with children 0-5 years, and their families, remains part of our core offer, and we will be expanding our service offer to 0-19 years.
Duties
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team to undertake a range of administrative duties. You will need to:

* Work well as part of a team, and support colleagues within the wider business support team
The main duties for this role will include being heavily involved in data input i.e., processing requests for service and referrals (but not limited to), as well as the weekly Allocation process. You will be required to provide front of house reception duties to welcome children, young people and families, colleagues, and partners to the buildings.
On a day-to-day basis you will be a point of contact for Business Support Administrators (Grade 2) within your area, and support with any queries that arise. You will also support with the work distribution of the Administration team. You will provide general administrative support to the wider Family Hub Network team.
You will also need to be skilled in using a range of IT software including MS Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint; training will be given on specialist systems that are used within the service. The role will require accurate data inputting. You will be aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and acting within the General Data Protection Regulations.
Please note that this is an office-based role due to the need of welcoming families with children, and young people into the building. You will need to hold a driving licence and access to your own vehicle (a taxi service will be provided where disability precludes this); as there will be a need to travel between sites.
The work pattern for this post is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday working 9.00am - 5.00pm.
