Job Overview
The role is to host, serve and clear for between 6 and 10 days between 30th October 2025 and the end of January 2026 for up to 12 guests who will be partaking in country sporting activities. It would suit a freelancer who is free to work during the day time. Occasional evenings be available to work. Possibility of a job share if not available for certain dates.
As a Waitress/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience. Your role is crucial in ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. You will greet patrons, serve and clear coffee, elevenses, lunch and tea throughout the day.
Duties
* Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanour as they enter the establishment.
* Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area, including the reception desk and waiting area.
* Server and clear coffee, drinks, lunch and tea.
* Collaborate with the chef to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
* Clean and tidy venue at the end of the day.
Experience
* Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred, showcasing your understanding of hospitality standards.
* Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members effectively.
* Experience in guest services or serving roles is advantageous, highlighting your ability to provide exceptional service.

Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
