Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Morecambe to recruit a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their team from December 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to support teaching and learning across the school while covering planning, preparation, and assessment time for class teachers.
About the Role:
 * Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
 * Follow existing planning and adapt to meet the needs of all learners
 * Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
 * Work collaboratively with staff to maintain high standards of teaching and behaviour
The Ideal Candidate Will:
 * Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
 * Be flexible, enthusiastic, and confident teaching across year groups
 * Have strong classroom management skills
 * Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
