Hours of work and shift patterns: Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm.
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour.
Main Responsibilities
- Correctly and effectively carry out the required functions, once trained to do so, in the cutting hall
- General operative duties on the line as required
- Ensure that all areas of training in basic food hygiene, health and safety and product quality are adhered to
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hours
- Produce each product to specification
- Maintain Health and Safety standards in accordance with Company Policy and all relevant legislative documentation – actively encouraging health and safety awareness with other operatives and maintaining a safe working environment
- Ensure work practices minimise the risk of product contamination

- Good spoken English is essential
- To meet targets set by management and the customer, i.e. productivity, quality, hygiene and waste
- To work as part of a team and effectively communicate with all colleagues and Management staff
- Meet all customer requirements & standards expected
