Job Description
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will…
* Own forecasting for new menus, key events and concepts, working closely with suppliers, distributors and internal stakeholders
* Analyse forecast performance post‑launch, adjusting and clearly communicating changes where needed
* Manage residual stock controls, ensuring the best outcomes through relisting, recipe changes, charity donations or promotions
* Act as the business owner for food availability, flagging and resolving critical product issues
* Lead supplier performance meetings to strengthen relationships and drive service improvements
What you’ll bring…
* 5+ years’ supply chain experience in a fast‑paced environment with a strong service mindset
* Solid understanding of forecasting principles across multi‑temperature product ranges
* Proven experience working collaboratively with a 3PL to deliver large‑scale key events
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confidence influencing stakeholders and making clear, data‑led decisions
