SEN Teacher Location: Mansfield Salary: £32,916–£45,352 per annum (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent, full‑time (40 hours per week), term time only Start: September We are seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teacher to join an independent school in Mansfield, supporting learners aged 7–19 with a range of additional needs. You will deliver a personalised, engaging curriculum to small groups of pupils with ASC, SEMH, and cognition and learning needs, helping them to build confidence and make meaningful academic and personal progress. The role: Teaching small groups across KS3 and KS4 Planning and delivering personalised, multi‑sensory lessons Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development Contributing to EHCP targets, progress reviews, and transition planning Working collaboratively with colleagues to support pupil outcomes Ensuring safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion are prioritised at all times The ideal candidate: Holds Qualified Teacher Status Has experience teaching pupils with SEN (preferred) Is creative, flexible, and learner‑focused Strong communicator with a passion for inclusive education Committed to ongoing professional development All appointments are subject to enhanced safeguarding and DBS checks.
