Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Hand assembly of Microwave Components, using soldering techniques Mechanical Assembly following a prescribed build process Following detailed assembly instructions Microwave testing using network analyzers Following detailed test instructions Fault finding on microwave products Carrying out visual quality checks and packing Labelling of finished parts Ability to identify manufacturing improvements Qualifications You must have: Understanding of microwave signals / electrical circuitry Previous Skills working within an Assembly and, or Manufacturing environment Excellent attention to detail Proven competence in a similar role Demonstrate excellent dexterity and hand to eye co-ordination We value: Work as part of a team Good time keeping Must be flexible Show Initiative Qualification in Microwave or Electronics preferred We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
