Your Role
In this dynamic position, you will:
* Motivate and support your team, embodying our Leadership and Company Principles.
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks to keep operations flowing.
* Create an environment where your colleagues can thrive alongside you.
* Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure seamless shifts.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time they visit your store.
