Based in our Aberdeen headquarters, reporting to the Process Engineering Manager the position’s main responsibility is to show enthusiasm towards learning, quality of work, teamwork, and being innovative to provide solutions to technical challenges.
Supporting the production of new products and continuous improvement of current products in addition to leading key projects. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver root cause analysis with the formulation of correction action plans though to implementing preventative measures.
Candidate should have master’s degree in a Process / Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering discipline, willingness to learn, good analytical skills. In return a comprehensive opportunity to develop their own engineering skills is offered. Knowledge in elastomers/plastics advantageous.
The successful candidate will join Rubberatkins’ monitored professional development scheme (MPDS) accredited by IMechE.
