What you will do:
As a Graduate Project Manager, you will support the delivery of complex construction and property projects from early concept through to delivery and handover. You will:
* Support project planning, coordination, and reporting across multiple live projects
* Assist in early-stage project development (RIBA Stages 0-1), including feasibility studies, options appraisals, and strategic briefs
* Help prepare project documentation including business cases (Five Case Model), reports, trackers, and risk logs
* Support Gateway Reviews, Risk Potential Assessments (RPA), and governance processes
* Assist with PRINCE2 stage gate reporting, including risks, issues, lessons learned, and forecasts
* Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project communications
* Support Soft Landings activity and early operational planning
* Maintain accurate project data across PMO and CAFM systems
You will be part of a large, multi-disciplinary team delivering across a complex and highly governed estate, gaining exposure to real-world project delivery frameworks including PRINCE2, NEC4, and HM Treasury Green Book standards.
What you bring:
* Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Business or a related discipline
* Interest in or working towards PRINCE2 Foundation or APM PFQ (desirable)
* Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working with data, reports, and structured processes
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
* RICS / CIOB / APM membership (desirable but not essential)
