I’m working with an outstanding global integrated agency looking for a Strategy Director with a passion for brand and integrated campaigns. This role will be working on a mix of sectors and will be a chance to balance commercial awareness with creative thinking. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Solihull (3 days per week on site) offering a salary of £60k, 28 days holiday, enhanced pension contributions, occasional flexible hours around core hours of 10am-4pm, life assurance, tailored learning and development programmes and much more. The Role As Strategy Director, you will be joining a talented team to help drive integrated strategy for a range of clients. You will play a leading role in shaping the business, brand and creative strategy and will be a trusted advisor for clients. You will be a people person and a brilliant presenter with strong pitch experience and passion. You will work collaboratively across the teams to develop an inspiring strategy, working on very cool campaigns. About You Brilliant integrated agency experience is essential Previous experience working in a strategy role Experience in brand strategy is also essential Strong proven experience in developing inspiring and impactful presentations and brilliant and confident in pitching A natural collaborator with an eye for creative Experience in working with integrated teams from creative to brand to content Someone who loves to be immersed in the industry and keeping up with latest trends Strong research experience Experience in accurately defining and scoping strategy projects A passion for building strong relationships internally Able to champion channel-agnostic thinking including new technologies and platforms and a passion to stay one step ahead
