Job Title: Electrical Project Lead
Location: Ballymena Branch
Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours/week)
Holidays: 29 Days Holiday (including 8 statutory days)

We are seeking a hands-on, driven Electrical Project Lead to join our team in Ballymena. What We're Looking For:
* Strong electrical background with experience managing projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, contractor management, and safety standards compliance.
* Organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
* Leadership skills to guide teams, solve problems on-site, and ensure project continuity.
Key Requirements:
* Fully qualified electrician
* Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical project management
* Experience installing and commissioning LV distribution panels
* Ability to lead teams and manage contractors on-site
* Solid understanding of health & safety practices (IOSH Managing Safely preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* HV experience is a bonus, but training will be provided
The Role Includes:
* Leading and delivering electrical engineering projects
* Planning, scheduling, and budgeting
* Attending and leading project meetings
* Overseeing contractors and safety procedures
* Writing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
* Managing QA compliance and producing handover documentation
* Supporting commissioning and testing (FAT/SAT)
* Problem-solving on-site
* Generating reports for senior management
* Occasional flexibility may be required (e.g., weekends)
