Private Funds Lawyer – Bristol A leading firm is looking to appoint a Private Funds Lawyer to join its growing Bristol-based team. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of private investment funds, working with a broad client base including fund managers and institutional investors across a range of asset classes. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and negotiating core fund documentation Advising on tailored fund structures Supporting international fund launches Building and maintaining strong client relationships with fund sponsors and investors This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded practice and gain hands-on experience on complex and innovative fund structures.
