Here at XPO, were looking to bring in a Transport Coordinator at our site Warrington on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Transport Coordinator, youll be responsible for organising and supporting daily transport schedules so that goods are collected and delivered on time and in line with customer expectations. Youll liaise with drivers, customers, warehouse teams, and sometimes third-party carriers to keep routes running smoothly.

What youll do on a typical day:
On a typical day, youll allocate drivers to routes, plan delivery sequences, prepare paperwork, and ensure predeparture checks are completed. Youll monitor live delivery progress through transport management systems (TMS), telematics, or GPS tracking to respond quickly to delays, traffic issues, or lastminute changes.
