Global Sales Enablement Director (f/m/d) – Esko, a Veralto company
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Sales Enablement Director to develop and execute a comprehensive business and sales enablement strategy aligned with the Digital Flexo Solutions BU strategic objectives. This role is critical in defining and harmonizing our global sales processes while ensuring a standard onboarding, training, and development plan for the commercial teams.
Key Accountabilities
* Strategy & Planning
o Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and processes.
o Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
o Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.
* Content Development & Management
o Oversee the creation and curation of high‑quality content such as customer presentations, battlecards, and sales scripts.
o Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging.
o Maintain the content repository so it is up‑to‑date and accessible.
* Training & Development
o Design and deliver engaging training programs, including onboarding and product training.
o Utilize instructor‑led training, e‑learning modules, webinars, and on‑the‑job coaching.
o Develop a certification program for consistent knowledge and skills.
* Technology & Tools
o Evaluate, select, and implement enablement technologies such as asset management systems and learning management systems.
o Ensure teams are proficient in these tools and that they integrate into business processes.
o Optimize technology use to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaboration & Communication
o Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, business, delivery, and other stakeholders.
o Communicate regularly with business teams about initiatives and resources.
o Solicit feedback to continuously improve programs.
o Present regularly to senior management on progress and impact.

Essential Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
* 7–10 years of sales management experience with complex sales processes, preferably in packaging.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales programs.
* Deep understanding of sales process challenges in the packaging market.
* Strong knowledge of sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, Spin, Solution, or Value Selling.
* Experience with sales enablement technologies, CRM platforms, and learning management systems.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
