Primary SEN Teacher - 3 Days per Week (ASAP Start)

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a Primary SEN Teacher to work 3 days per week in a supportive SEN setting in B13, starting as soon as possible.
This role involves teaching primary-aged pupils with severe learning disabilities (SLD). The successful candidate will deliver engaging, highly adapted lessons that support pupils' individual learning needs, communication and personal development.
Key responsibilities:
Planning and delivering adapted lessons for pupils with severe learning disabilities
Supporting pupils with individual learning, communication and developmental needs
Working closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider SEN team
Creating a safe, structured and supportive learning environment
Monitoring and supporting pupils' progress and wellbeing
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience teaching primary-aged pupils
Have experience supporting SEN pupils, particularly those with severe learning disabilities (SLD) or complex needs
Be patient, nurturing and adaptable in their teaching approach
Be confident working alongside support staff
Be committed to inclusive education
Location: B13
