About the department The Programme Support function plays a critical part in delivering key programmes for 2Excel Aviation. The Head of Programme Support (HoPS) post will operate across all parts of our growing Capability Development team in delivering significant aircraft conversion programmes, trails activities and engineering function. These procedures and support may also be required in the wider business. The function of this post is to support programmes through administration of programme management tools and co-ordination of the programme support function delivery teams to an agreed end state. The programme management competence/capacity may eventually be brigaded in a Programme Management Office which supports various tasking. About You The person for this role will have experience delivering high-risk, high-value programmes. They will be highly motivated, able to work under their own initiative, and provide direction and mentoring to the Programme Support Team. Exceptional organisational skills are required.
