We are seeking a highly organised and analytical individual to join our HR & Workforce Organisational Development (WOD) team within the Chief Executives Department. This is a dynamic role that combines HR support, data analysis, and business information management to help drive strategic decision-making across NCC. You will lead on the collation and interpretation of management information, support key HR initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources to meet business needs. Main duties will include: Develop and maintain high-level business support processes across HR&WOD functions. Analyse and reconcile large budgets, producing complex financial reports for monthly forecasting. Monitor expenditure and report variances to the Senior Business Partners. Produce and interpret management information reports and benchmarking data. Support contract management and procurement activities to ensure value for money. Maintain accurate financial forecasts for Services for Schools and consultancy activity. Ensure HR-related information on internal platforms reflects current policies and procedures. Provide data for Freedom of Information requests in collaboration with Information Governance. Manage and supervise the HR&WOD Support team, ensuring high performance and quality standards. Act as a source of advice on relevant HR services, policies, and processes, including complex queries. You'll bring: Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex data and financial information. Excellent organisational and digital skills. Knowledge of HR processes and systems, ideally within a public sector setting. Experience managing or supervising staff and coordinating team activity. Confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including national bodies. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Why Join Us?
