Wayfair is looking for a detail-loving Assistant Producer to help bring our campaigns to life across TV, VoD, Cinema, Audio, OOH, and more.
You’ll be a vital member of the UK & Ireland Marketing team, supporting creative production, coordinating timelines, and ensuring that every campaign asset is delivered on time, to spec, and on brand.

What You’ll Do
* Assist with the coordination and delivery of assets across paid media channels (TV, VoD, OOH, Audio, Cinema)
* Support production timelines, schedules, and trackers alongside the Senior Producer
* Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure specs, formats, and deadlines are crystal clear
* Conduct quality checks and help traffic content to the right platforms
* Maintain clear workflows, version control, naming conventions, and archiving
* Handle POs and invoices related to production costs
* Take ownership of selected content projects – you’ll have space to grow and lead
What You’ll Need
* Some experience or an internship in creative production, project coordination, or campaign delivery
* Top-notch organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
* Basic understanding of production timelines and media asset specs
* Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira – we’re flexible!)
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
