We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are noted correctly.
* Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation.
* Assist guests with menu selections, including upselling special items or promotions.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food preparation and service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen space.
* Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, providing assistance as needed.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
* Process payments efficiently while handling cash and card transactions accurately.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong understanding of guest services and the importance of customer satisfaction.
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing bills effectively.
* Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety practices is advantageous.
* Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
