We are now looking for a proactive IT Apprentice to join our team and support both our Head Office and nursery staff. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in helpdesk support, device deployments, and general IT operations—all while contributing to a caring and purpose-driven organisation. Assist with general IT helpdesk requests, providing first-line technical support to staff. Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets within agreed timeframes, ensuring timely communication with users. Support with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new devices, including laptops, tablets. Maintain accurate records of IT assets and update inventory as needed. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to both Head Office and nursery staff. Assist in installing and updating software applications and operating systems. Help maintain network connectivity, printers, and other office equipment. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
