Express Recruitment are once again supporting one of the UK’s leading technology firms, who due to ongoing growth, are seeking a 1st Line IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their friendly and talented Helpdesk team. The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm around both technological innovations as well as providing first class customer service to ensure IT issues are resolved in an efficient and professional manner. Roles & Responsibilities * Assist the 1st Line helpdesk team with any technical queries * Escalate complicated technical issues to the 2nd/3rd line team * Log calls on the in-house CRM system * Respond to issues raised via ticketing system and ensuring issues are reported logged correctly * Utilise RMM tools to provide remote IT support customers * Manage Active Directory in line with company HR procedures * Perform 1st line troubleshooting and attempt to identify root cause analysis * Adhere to company processes and procedures to ensure customer standards are maintained * Carry out ongoing training on internal, custom-built systems Skills & Experience * Experience working in a fast paced, retail, customer service or MSP environment preferable * Experienced working with Windows 10/11 operating systems * Demonstrable working knowledge of Office 365 * Capable of working under pressure to resolve IT incidents within set SLA timeframes * IT related qualifications desirable but not essential * Confident communicator with customers and colleagues * Experience in proven fault identifications and troubleshooting beneficial About Express Recruitment Express Recruitment has been offering exceptional recruitment solutions across the East Midlands since 1987, “exceeding expectations every time” of over 267,000 candidates.
