Overview
This charity organisation is recruiting a Service Manager to lead a dedicated team of support staff. The Service Manager provides confident, person centered leadership and works to improve the lives of the people supported.
Must have a valid UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
* Manage a service for adults with learning disabilities and provide management support to the Registered Manager.
* Conduct direct staff supervisions and ensure staff schedules are flexible to meet residents’ needs.
* Maintain financial control and health and safety standards.
* Form professional, positive relationships with residents, their families, and other health care professionals to support independent living.
* Work toward exceeding CQC standards and maintain team quality standards.
* Promote appropriate activities and engage with local community providers.
Qualifications
* Ideally NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and work towards Level 5.
