A small Specialist School in Basildon is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for a long term to permanent post.

Teaching Assistant - Basildon / The Successful Applicant will have;
13. A background in Schools SEN support, Community and Care or Youth Worker
14. Be flexible, inclusive, able to work with a range of special needs
15. Able to work 1-1 with students, building rapport and feeding back to teachers
16. Good knowledge of Safeguarding in Schools
17. Enthusiastic, motivated, with good communication skills and is a team player
18. PECS/Makaton/Signalong/Team Teach or any SEN specific training is desirable but not essential
