What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming and assisting customers collecting parts or seeking advice Answering calls and scheduling tyre refits, tracking, and repairs Handling bookings, processing payments, and completing documentation Managing our click-and-collect orders from start to finish Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person Selling vehicle parts over the counter and supporting the sales team 42.5 hours per week, additional Saturdays may be required As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations - ensuring every customer leaves with the right part, a great impression, and a reason to come back.
