Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a driven, customer-focused superstar to enhance customer happiness, boost retention, and drive revenue expansion. In this temporary role, you will engage directly with valued platinum customers through targeted outbound calls and follow up on service team sales opportunities. Your mission? Strengthening customer relationships!
Location: S25, Sheffield
Pay Rate: £14.36 hourly rate (potential for £500 per month bonus!)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (potential to go perm!)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Exceed Expectations: Ensure that customer expectations are surpassed in every interaction, demonstrating a strong commitment to service excellence.
* Follow-Up: Reach out on opportunities generated from service teams, providing responsive updates and proposing the right solutions to customers.
* Regular Check-Ins: Conduct frequent reviews and check-ins with customers to identify their needs and provide insightful solutions, either via telephone or MS Teams.
* Account Management: Manage and nurture platinum customer accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell growth. 📈
* Proactive Monitoring: Monitor account health, data cleanliness, operational efficiency, and overall satisfaction to proactively address churn risks.
* Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers. 🤝
* Drive Improvements: Use insights and customer feedback to enhance overall service quality.
* CRM Management: Accurately record all customer interactions and relevant data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Data Updates: Regularly update customer account information to reflect the latest interactions and requirements.
* Diverse Duties: Be prepared to undertake any other reasonable duties that align with the role's purpose and spirit.
What We're Looking For:
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in call handling or customer service is a plus! 📞
