The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Third-in-Charge/Preschool Room Leader to join our leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to take the next step in their career. As a key member of our management team, you'll work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth, safe, and effective running of our nursery.
Your main duties will include:
* Assisting in the day-to-day management and operation of the nursery, including overseeing staff and ensuring high standards of care.
* Supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in their duties and deputising in their absence.
* Ensuring the nursery meets all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Acting as a role model and mentor to all staff, promoting best practices and professional development.
* Building strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Demonstrable experience in a senior or leadership role within an early years setting.
* In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted requirements.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care and education.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.

A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required. All successful candidate will be subject to safety checks, including a full-completed Application Form and a DBS Checks.
