The Role You will be responsible for the full day to day operations of the outlet, ensuring everything is running efficiently and the customer experience is the focus of all activity. You will have overall P & L responsibility, a focus on efficiency and a drive to improve performance and increase sales. About You You will be an experienced General Manager having worked in a customer experience focused QSR environment. You will have a keen eye for detail and consistency.
