What will the role involve?
* Leadership: Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.
* Planning and Assessment: Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results for children.
* Teaching Excellence: Support the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.

* Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Essential)
