Asan IT Support Analyst your core responsibilities will be
* UsingManage Engine to log prioritise and track IT supporttickets.
* Providingfirst line support to endusers by troubleshooting technical issuesresolving common problems and escalating more complex issues to theIT supportmanager.
* Ensuringhigh levels of customer satisfaction by providing responsive andprofessional support to internalstakeholders.
* Ensuringtickets are completed in line and within departmental SLAs.
* Communicatingeffectively and building strong trusting relationships withinternal stakeholders and being the first point of contact when ITproblemsarise.
* Diagnosinghardware issues with corporate issued devices and managedprinters.
* Addingusers into specific security groups and changing passwords onMicrosoftAzure.
* Preparingand ordering new equipment including laptops and mobile devices fornew starters and internalchanges.
* Provisioningsim cards and new connections for corporatedevices.
* Remotelywiping hardware and terminating user access following the leaverprocess.
* Contributingto the creation and maintenance of knowledgebasearticles.
* Workingwith Microsoft 365 Unifi Identity Samsung Knox and other excitingplatforms to deliver an excellent IT focussed environment for ourpeople.
Requirements
Experience:Essential
