My client is growing. Fast They need a Social Media Marketing Specialist who can do more than post on social media. They need a strategic, creative, data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist
who can generate creative content on frictionless platforms and in many formats.

You'll lead the charge across all digital channels to drive high quality inbound sales leads and fuel the brand reach.

The role:

* Design and execute digital campaigns that bring in warm, sales-ready prospects
* Social Media management and grow presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
* Market live and online events to drive attendance and ROI.
* Run high converting paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn.
* Work with content team to shape and distribute meaningful, optimised content that performs via emails, landing pages, adverts, social media.
* Use data to measure what matters

Experience:

* A modern marketer with 3+ years in digital and social media marketing
* Proven ability to generate leads through campaigns (not just manage content)
* You get excited about growth, data, and performance
* Comfortable managing agencies and freelancers, but also hands-on when needed
* Bonus if you've worked in education, training, coaching, or professional services
