The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a 1–4 PQE Employment Solicitor to join the specialist Employment team.
You'll handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters — from unfair dismissal and discrimination claims to TUPE, restrictive covenants and settlement agreements. You'll manage Tribunal litigation from start to finish, advise both employers and employees, and build strong, ongoing client relationships.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, but within a supportive team environment.

The Candidate & Package:
You'll be a 1–4 PQE Employment Solicitor with solid Tribunal experience and confidence managing your own caseload. Strong drafting, negotiation and client care skills are key, alongside a pragmatic, commercially aware approach.
