DB Leisure are looking to appoint a Recreation Assistant at Halesowen Leisure Centre to provide poolside and dry-side supervision and to assist in the security of the facility. The Role: Hours: 31.41 hours average per week The role requires shift patterns that exceed the legal limits for under-18's. Salary: Grade 3 £24,796 - £25,185 pro-rata Location: Halesowen Leisure Centre The successful candidate should be very flexible in the hours that they can work at Dudley's Leisure Centres. The successful candidatee can expect to be responsible for supervising the swimming pools and supporting members of the public while on Lifeguard duty. In addition, you will be involved in the setting up and de-rigging of leisure equipment and help maintain a high level of cleanliness within the centre by undertaking regular cleaning duties and maintenance schedules. We encourage applicants who have recently qualified in their National Pool Lifeguard to apply and also to those applicants who are working towards their National Pool Lifeguard. You will be expected to attend and undertake regular staff training sessions on a monthly basis.
