What you’ll be doing: Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – plus fine dining for special events. Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues. Managing stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date. Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Supporting with kitchen deep cleans and due diligence paperwork. What we’re looking for: A relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent). A confident chef who loves working as part of a team. Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for great food.
