SEN Teaching Assistant Wanted - Join Our Team in Whitehaven! In partnership with Veritas Education

About the Role:
This rewarding position involves working with pupils on a 1:1 basis as well as within small group settings, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You'll be working closely with teaching staff and other support professionals in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (preferred)
* A patient, caring, and resilient approach
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support for students with additional needs
* Assist in delivering differentiated learning activities
* Help manage behaviour and encourage engagement in lessons
* Support students' social and emotional development
