Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Aberavon, Wales, UK
Salary: £14.24 - £28.48 per hour (PAYE)
Responsibilities
* Support trained nurses in delivering direct patient care in a mental health setting
* Observe, monitor, and record patient conditions accurately
* Provide therapeutic care with dignity, compassion, and honesty
* Assist with treatment plans and ensure patient safety
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all patients
Qualifications / Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months recent UK experience in an acute mental health setting
* Practical Manual Handling & BILD Accredited TMVA training
* Right to work in the UK
* UK residency
* Driving licence and own vehicle are essential
* Registration with Social Care Wales
